I am a computer and communication systems engineer and a senior manager who loves among others traveling, languages, horses, sports, live streamings, programming and photography.

My daily motto at work is the following quote of Albert Einstein: "Once you stop learning you start dying."

Coding is one of my favorite hobbies.

I have a high capability for abstraction (knowledge of algorithms and data structures, embedded systems, and several including higher level, hardware-related and scripting programming languages), which allows me to quickly dive in the context (function specifications, module specifications, source code, UML diagrams, etc.) of complex systems and functions.

Therefore mastering complexity is the one skill of mine that I acquired as a student, let grow as an engineer and share with the team as a manager.

Furthermore I am a hard-working team-minded success-oriented very communicative quadrilingual engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the automotive R&D field for one of the world's biggest OEMs who went through many positions both in the research and the industry such as Research Staff Member, Development Engineer, Integration Coordinator, Project Leader, Manager and Senior Manager.

Innovative technical solutions for future vehicles are my passion independently of their vehicle plattforms, architectures, hardware designs, ECUs, transport protocols (CAN, FlexRay, CAN FD, BAP, ViWi, SomeIP, MQTT etc.) and software implementations.

My roles and industry positions so far were situated on both sides of the V-model and comprised some agile Scrum and SAFe roles in a way that allows me today to have a wide knowhow and to be able to immerse in details and help fixing problems also at detail level whenever needed.

In a nutshell I am T-shaped and have the corresponding ability and willing to collaborate across disciplines with experts in other areas and to apply and transfer my knowhow and knowledge in areas of expertise other than my own.
